I was wondering what technique you would use to touch up portraits and color them similarly to the ones below. Is there a specific program that would work best? I normally use Photoshop CS3 for my editing. Thank you in advance.

Never ever ever ever make photos look like that. Ever.
Touch up tutorials Disregard tutorials that makes the skin blurry. They are rubbish. |

^ Totally agree. I realize that there's a demand for soft-focus photographs, but blurring skin is soo not the way to go. To me, that is more of an (overused) effect than a "retouch".
The good news is that it's terribly easy, and Photoshop CS3 is perfectly sufficient. |
