It looks so cute :D I'd make the original speech bubble a little bigger and then put "Love, Julia" on the bottom of the bubble in smaller letters.

i took your advice, and yeah, it puts more emphasize on 'happy birthday' and less on my name, which i think is good. |

For some reason, I think the tooth looks like those black holes in teeth. I just think that teeth are usually white but they also have those cartoon lines on teeth.
 In general, the whole presentation itself is adorable and this would be the most creative and kind gift a person can ever receive from Illustrator.
