Its not bad. I like it. Im not crazy about the colour combination though to be honest. I think the yellowy colour should be different

I have a wider screen resolution, and I think it'll look better if the banner repeats across the page on the x-axis. It just looks a bit cut off.

Since you don't have any background images, make a slice of the banner repeatable; the black, white, or blue-ish line. Set the background to background-repeat: repeat-x;

You might not notice the difference, but for people with bigger resolution, they will. :D

And I agree with the color combination. I might sound obsessed with grey, but I think a light grey would work well in place of the peachy skin-toned color. =]

The layout, itself, doesn't look bad though.

Besides the things you pointed out, it's not bad. Much better than some of the other stuff you posted. The cutting is still a little bit choppy. Work on that. Maybe it's just me, but the swirls behind him look a little choppy.


I guess you were trying to fade it out on the left, but black doesn't look that attractive faded out over a light colored blackground.

I don't mean to sound like a bitch or anything but if you already know those things need to be worked on, why did you choose to use those images? There are better pictures of him out there.


That aside, I think you should make your banner go all the way across the screen because when I view your layout, it cuts off:

And like Tina pointed out, your swirls are a bit choppy. Also I'm not too crazy about the colors you chose. The light blue is a bit random.

It's a lot better from your previous layouts though :]

1. The page title says Selena & David?
2. I'm getting really sick of those stripes things.. or "scanlines." They should never be used again.
3. I don't like image-based links if they don't have rollovers.
4. The color choices do not match the chosen image.
5. I personally hate dotted borders.
6. I don't understand why there are so many navigation sections on the right.
7. I do not like the border that appears when one hovers over the links.

The rest has already been covered up there somewhere ^ by others.
