What exactly do you mean? Are you talking about like actions?
I've used some actions before but I don't really use them that much anyways. I've never heard of a Photoshop Plugin, nor have I downloaded one. >_> |

actions? i don't know.
i was looking at the photoshop folder for what kinda presets i should search for, and i saw a plugin folder. |

Plugins are used for like additions to the photoshop layout itself. Some plugins include, one that I use frequently:
