They were on sale, so I bought some, then didn't know what to do with 'em. I cut them and toss them with a sugar, lime juice, and butter mixture. But I like grilled fruit better than roasted.

Seriously, if you have 10 minutes you should grill up something like apricots, pears, etc. and mix up 2T unsalted butter, 1/2C. sour cream, 1T brown sugar and eat 'em together.

Currently I'm baking a pizza with basil and spinach and tomatoes and parmesannn and.. other things I don't remember. It should be done in a few minutes...
