I like message titles. It's easier for me to know which messages contain what if I'm pming the same person more than once at the same time.

changes for the person/reason for writing. if im sendin to a friend ill jus say sup, hey, etc. if the calling is more professinal, ill write an appropriate title

It depends on what the PM is about. If it's something staff related I'll give it a proper title. If not I'll just type something random and/or slap the keyboard.
