I tell a lot of people I luv them but they are also the people that care for me the most... and if I were to tell a bf...if thats what you mean... well I have and sometimes they get scared... it just depends on how committed THEY are to the relationship

i usually always tell the guy i like them.. but thats me it depends if you feel comfortable and you know that things wont be weird after you tell him. depends on how close this person is tooo but iono its up to youu if you feel ready or not
