Hello all, I don't really want to be all n00b-ish so I'll make my intro as short as possible.
Name: Jerry- yes, I am a girl! It's short for Geraldine, but call me that and you will feel my wrath. Residence: Canada Likes: Harry Potter, film, cooking, writing, reading, web design, video games, volleyball, other things. Dislikes: Math, science, poor spelling/grammar, being called "Geraldine," citrus fruit (I'm allergic), meat. Other Things to Know:  <---- I like that thing, and I'm a bit of a spaz with Multiple Personality Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

I can't judge any Sarahs, Jessicas, or Michelles either. I don't think you should or even can judge someone by their name.

Me either, when somebody hears Geraldine they probably think of some old lady.
All right, I'll give it to you that it is an old name... Which is probably why I don't like it... |

you shouldn't care how your name sounds like. It's a nice, mature name. People would take you more seriously and plus, you're not old, so get over it.

That comment was bit hurtful. I am older than thirteen, I know that I'm random and a bit of a spaz, but that's kind of who I am. I do have an official diagnosis for both disorders, I was tested when I was younger. It's really hard living with both conditions and I don't appreciate being accused of merely thinking that I have mental disorders. Sometimes I have to re-type the same sentence seven or more times, or there are whole spans of time that I don't remember because I wasn't really me at the time. And I'm sorry, unless you have found yourself in trouble for no idea of what you did, or taken two and half hours cleaning your room because nothing is in exactly the right spot, you really have no business telling me what I am and am not. |
