Then I have to pay $115 to the INS, which amounts to me paying for the offering of my elite services to the military (since that would be the only incentive for getting a Green Card over full and actual citizenship).

This mercenary wasn't born yesterday, sorry.

I'm sorry, so do you wanna be a citizen or not?
Let's see, you say you DID, but then you don't. (money-related)
Then you DID, but changed your mind (military-related)
So now what?

It sounds like you do wanna be a citizen (duh, title), but you don't just because of the money. Yes, money's tight right now, so? You wanted to be a citizen for how long? You should've thought about it, then.

That doesn't make sense. If I wanted to be a citizen "then", I would have had to think about it or else I couldn't possibly have wanted to. You have to give thought to something in order to desire it.

I didn't name them but my main deck centered around the Japanese Blastoise. I won $100 of store credit by beating everyone with it.

Well, what can I say, you are what you eat. I do believe I was pretty good at it though. Lets see, are you a magic player?

for a lot of people, getting US citizenship is worth it. when travelling to other countries, the US passport is the one to have.

Move to a state with low taxes (as in, not California). You'll save at least $600 in one year.

Or you could save that money by switching to Geico.

I hear Texans are forced to pay for shit they don't care about, have an imposed state income tax, and have politicians that get mad and threaten to take away aforementioned "do-not-care" about services when funding for services is voted against. Oh wait that's California. Texas has none of that ~_~

Damn, enough rubbing it in for California. We already know it sucks here.

I've decided that the fee, while stupid, is ultimately worth it.
