I want access to a test server that only Koreans can use.
If I make an account myself, I would have to show proof that I am from Korea, which I'm not. wouldn't it be just as illegal to use someone elses regardless if you have their consent? As you are essentially impersonating that person..?

Or you could just move to Korea, get yourself a Korean SSN, and sign up.
