That thing took me over 2 hours. -___- Well partly due to that I couldn’t nail down the sketch from the very beginning. I had started this out with the intention of sketching inking and painting all in Photoshop, but I ended up only sketching it in Photoshop and everything else in Illustrator. So much for a new style.

I really wanna break out of the anime/manga style that I seem to be forever stuck on.

It looks really good, but to me it looks more anime/manga than your older work. I thought that's what you were going for when I first looked at it...unless you're still using that style in this one and are referring to future work with that last sentence.

I don't know, I'm just confusing myself. ermm.gif

Wow, the sketch came out pretty well. I like the guy's hair and arm muscles.

I think your animanga style works well for you, but I can understand wanting to develop a different way of drawing. Hopefully you find one that looks good.

You confused me as well haha. I am referring to future work yeah. Something more American/Western style of character doodles.

I really like this. Except for the hand. I like the outlined version better. Well, hopefully you can tackle an entire project in Photoshop.

I teach you Illustrator, you teach me coding, sound good?

P.S. You wouldn't be the first to do so. For reals.

She has no fingers. It must be cool being able to draw like that.
If you can think it, you can draw it, if you know what I mean.
