i have to disagree. i think the last two were the best for people who haven't read the book because they missed some important parts and totally hollywood-ified some others. obviously it would be a 10 hour movie if they included everything, but the ones most enjoyable to me were the first-third movies.

well of course. i was definitely disappointed with the maze scene. i was looking forward to the spider and the sphinx, among other things. but those are still my favorites. if they do Half Blood Prince right it'll probably replace Goblet of Fire as my favorite.

Saw it yesterday. Omfg, definitely worth the wait. The action scenes were pretty cool & the graphics were cool.

The romance scenes definitely didn't go according to the book.
^^ But I mean, to me, it's expected y'know? There's never going to be a movie adaptation of a book that's spot on with the original writings since it's being remade from a different person's perspective.

I just watched the exclusive film clip of HP on Apple, and it made me laugh how awkward Daniel Radcliffe was introducing it.

or

Irrelevant awkwardness aside, AWESOME!!!!!!

the 3 of them look so good. but Rupert Grint, MMMM. totally unrelated to my crush on Rupert: watching that clip gives me the feeling i'm going to be holding back screams, just like i did when i was reading the book.

On the other hand, I do think they completely messed up on Order of the Phoenix. It makes no sense that the longest book was the shortest movie.
YES. i finished re-reading OOP the day before I saw the movie and it was missing so much of it, i had to tell my friends (who didn't read the book) what was going on. but in the other movies they at least had an idea.

I can't believe they reveal the Dumbledore spoiler in the interview. Most people probably know already, but still.

Emma Watson's adorable.

Uh, more like 9 or 10 at the latest. Your theater's probably going to be packed by 11:30.

I think I'm seeing this tomorrow night. I was going to the midnight showing, but decided against it since I have a test. So whether I pass or fail, I'll see it after and it'll make me happy. laugh.gif

It was great! Only thing I didn't like was that the ending came too soon. A LOT was cut from the book.
