i'm sure there is a topic like this somewhere but i can't find one that isn't really old.
what are you majoring in? a lot of people talk about school around here, but never about what they are even there for. i don't think i know what most people here are wanting to go into as a career. yeah i know this should be in the school forum, but eh. i duno. mods can move this if they are really itching to do something. |

I'm out of college, so I don't have a major anymore, but my major was computer science. I now hold a BA in comp sci, and I have partially completed an M.Sc. in computer science.
Small piece of trivia: I actually spent a year as a creative writing major, and now I wish I had continued majoring in creative writing or English, to be honest. |

Right now my major is Communications. I'm planning on changing it to Psychology in the fall but after reading some responses about psych majors, I'm not so sure. :/

Majoring in Neuroscience & Behavior and doing the premed program.
If everything goes as planned, I'll be a surgeon in a billion years or so. Still not sure what I want to specialize in, though. Funny thing is that so far, all my cousins from both my mom and dad's family are also going the doctor route. My oldest cousin is already doing her residency somewhere in Dallas, my second oldest cousin is going to med school next year, my third oldest cousin just got accepted into Yale med, my younger cousin is also majoring in Neuroscience... >.< |
