Do you pay retail price on a lot of things you buy or do you bargain or look for the best deals? What do you pay retail price for?
I hardly ever pay retail on things that I buy. Shoes, clothes, basic essentials, bags, etc. The few things I'd pay retail for is Apple products and school books (pretty soon) & nail polish. I buy a lot of my stuff from ebay for 40-70% off. Bags, hair straigtener, shoes, ipod shuffle, clothes, perfume. ahaha I also go to Ross & TJ Max. When I shop at the mall for stuff I go to the stores that carry what I want and price compare it. I ask them to put the item on hold and I go to the other store to see if its cheaper...lolsz I like to save bank. |

With computer parts I typically buy OEM, and with console games I buy used. Other than that, I usually pay full price.

Mosy of the time I will pay retail when I buy stuff for my boyfriend, but I will bargain buy (clearance + sales) if I notice there's a giant sale going on. Most of his war
I usually bargain shop for myself. I hoard coupons and will buy some things only online because of online coupon codes. When I bargain shop, I will look at sale racks or use coupons I get in the mail. i.e. Victoria's Secret, Express, etc. I pay for makeup usually at face value since there's not really any way to get it cheaper, not even on ebay or online... I don't buy very many electronics, but if I am able to get it fast at a good price AND it's legit, then by all means, you should do it as well! I buy some at full price because of GWP (gift with purchase) and whatnot. |

I buy games used just because I see no point in paying the extra 20 for a brand new disk. Plus I tend to just beat the games in a few days and bring them right back.

I'll bargain shop for certain things. Like if I see a good pair of jeans on sale or something, I will definitely pick them up. Things I don't go cheap for: suits, shoes, kicks.

I use coupons and shop sales. The only downside to shopping sales or waiting until something is on sale is when it comes to clothes. I have a hard time finding clothing on sale that is in my size. If there's something I really, really want then I'll buy it because I know I'll regret not getting it when it's all sold out.

I 5 finger discounted a necklace & that sh!t ended up breaking. Karma for that. but hell yeah I love to bargain. My covergirl mascara is always a dollar cheaper because of sunday paper coupons & today my ipod shuffle 4gb came in the mail bought it for $50 retailing at $79...Good deal! I paid retail for a blouse today because it was the last one AND it was my size. I pay retail 10% of the time

i used to do that for clothes, but now, why bother. You wait for it to go on sale, and it's not there anymore.

I always bargain hunt. I can't remember the last time I paid full price for something, other than weekly groceries.
With the availability of store ads online, there's really no reason not to bargain hunt. |
