QUOTE
The series began in 1997 and currently has nine stand-alone games with two expansion packs for the original and two expansion packs being released for the latest console installment.

per wiki

Dragon Ball was late 80's, DBZ '89 (in Japan), early to mid 90's in US. I think.

Edit - Deochick (don't your name, I'm sorry), did you mean be a kid in the 80's? Because I was an 80's kid, but certainly not born in the 80's. I'm not sure how much of the 80's pop culture people would wish for if they were born mid 80's or so. haha

Vice City is based in the 80s of Miami
San Andreas is based in the 90s of LA, San Fran, and Las Vegas. So it makes you wanna be born in the 80s so you could see the corruption and gang wars in the 90s.

DRAGONBALL Z'S MANGA.. NOT ANIME

Alright, Deo then. haha :)

Off the top of my head, I miss roller skating rinks. There are a few, but they were the SHIT back in the day. And none of this roller blade crap either. ROLLER SKATES. Oh and drive-in movie theaters. GOD those were cool. They've sort of died out over the years.

The A-Team (TV show) is something I miss on a regular basis. Mr. T was so cool.

Also Devo was awesome and Karate Kid was a cool movie (back then haha).
