Lol, watching the Girl in Question now. I get that it's not the real Buffy in Italy, but it'd be so nice if SMG had made a guest appearance in season 5 of Angel -_-. I love the flashbacks with angel/angelus and spike <3 "What have they done to me shirt?!" |

My respect for SMG dwindled to pretty much non-existent when she didn't appear in the end of his show. He appeared in HERS. Don't give me this scheduling conflict bullshit.

That's the weirdest f*cking thing though. She was brilliant...as Buffy. Chick had mad emotional range but outside of anything Whedonverse scribed, she's dreadful.

Yeah, maybe it's because it was a show and she got the chance to really get into the character?
HHAHA, I just watched the scene where Spike and Angel are arguing about who's saved the world more. Angel: I stopped Acathla. That saved the world. Spike: Buffy ran you through with a sword. Angel: Yeah, well... I made her do it - Spike gives a look - Angel: ... Signaled her with my eyes |

One of my favorites is Spike making fun of Angel during, or right after he saves some chick (I had to dig up the dialogue):
[Angel has just saved Rachel from a violently abusive boyfriend, while Spike watches — and narrates — from the rooftop.] Spike [as Rachel, falsetto]: How can I thank you, you mysterious, black-clad, hunk of a night thing? Spike [as Angel, basso]: No need, little lady, your tears of gratitude are enough for me. You see, I was once a bad-ass vampire, but love and a pesky curse defanged me. Now I'm just a big, fluffy puppy with bad teeth. [Rachel sways closer to Angel; he steps back, warding her off with his hands.] No, not the hair! Never the hair! Spike [as Rachel]: But there must be some way I can show my appreciation. Spike [as Angel]: No, helping those in need's my job. And working up a load of sexual tension and prancing away like a magnificent poof is truly thanks enough! Spike [as Rachel]: I understand. I have a nephew who's gay, so... Spike [as Angel]: Ah. Say no more. Evil's still afoot ... and I'm almost out of that nancy-boy hair gel that I like so much. Quickly! To the Angelmobile — AWAY! LOL Spike

I cheated and glanced at spoilers for the comics and... I'm not sure if I'm digging the whole Angel is a human deal. Like, I get that's what he's always wanted and stuff, but... him being a vampire fighting against evil is sort of what makes him special, imo.

lol, buffybot is boss.
ok, i have to admit, watching angel is a lot of fun. the special effects are so much better. + angel can jump really high, man. a lot higher than chars in buffy
