And does it have a specific name?
I think it's on Adobe Illustrator. Either that or Photoshop I presume. I just want to learn how to do this for some projects I'm doing.

Also, after you create the text,
go to Edit>Transform>Scale and you can manipulate the size of the text. |

In my opinion, it's better to do typography in InDesign.
