Heard the head of the GOA talking about it. There's a bill going through thats so restrictive it could ban BB guns. Will post more info later.

Golly, disasters sure is useful.

Edit: Its a binding treaty similar to NAFTA. Here is the treaty - http://www.state.gov/p/wha/rls/49907.htm

.... don't you understand? This isn't what America stands for. The government DOES NOT ban things without the voice of the people.

Ugh... wtf are they teaching you in school? :(

So ur saying useless guns which are primarily used for vandalism
is what America stands for?
To answer your other question, they are teaching me that just because we
live in Texas we must not all act and think like rednecks.

They're not useless guns... eh they're primarily meant for hunting birds.

America stands for rights and freedoms. America gives the voice and the power to the people, not to the government. The people own the government, not the government owning us.

And I don't understand or can't see the point you're tryin to prove about acting like red necks o.O;

Isn't there more work to be done on this? Meaning, fate isn't completely sealed on this, right?

Personally, I don't like BB guns and I will never own one but I don't think that they should be banned or made next to impossible to own. If people act responsibly, that is. Of course there will never be a 100% guarantee, but there isn't a 100% guarantee with anything really. shrug.gif

I'll read more on it. I've got people screaming downstairs. _dry.gif

It is a big deal because this is the "first step" into banning guns altogether or going further and banning ammunition or something. Just because you(leyvacu) dont think that BB guns are of any use, a lot of people do. And what is the point of banning them anyway? Are they deadly? No. You can shoot someone in the head and they will not die. It is of recreational use, just like many other guns. Not to mention our 2nd ammendment includes BB guns. This is crap.
