Since the government is busy banning guns and monitoring the interwebz and stuff we know that those rumors about the conspiracy that the government released this were false because they would not have enough time to.

The government made those things up to hide the fact that the are doing this. Even though they aren't really doing this just saying this to hide the fact that they are spreading swine flue everywhere. Which they also really aren't doing because if they were doing that they wouldn't have time to continue to hide the 9/11 conspiracy.
