If you're new to shaving (your legs and underarms, I hope, not your face :P) your best bet is to use a shaving gel instead of soap. It'll help so that you don't accidentally cut yourself as easily as you would using soap or nothing at all. When you're at the store, just check the soap labels and see if any of them say anything about being able to be used when you shave.

You should also try Nair's products.

^ I loooove Veet, but I've never tried Nair. I get the sensitive skin Veet because my legs tend to kind of dry when I shave them (TMI?) and it keeps them nice and smooth. And not having to shave for weeks is so nice.

I know this sounds weird, but since I wear glasses I can't always see clearly when I'm shaving legs and sometimes I'll miss a spot XD.gif so once I tried a hair removal product I was in love lol
