Anyways, kinda late on this but...

If Yi Jung and Ga Eul do not end up together, I'm sending a bag of poop (not mine) to KBS. THEY HAVE TO.

Also, Kim So Eun is sooo much prettier than than girl who plays JanDi. And I love Woobin =)

What episode are you up to? I was so excited for #23, but it's a big disappointment. The drama ends in two more episodes, so kiss already!

Jesus. How many times can someone lose consciousness?! This show is at least 5 episodes too long. It's like when they run out of conflict ideas they resort to having someone faint or almost drown or get almost beat up to death by gangsters. It was fine at first but now...just STOP it with the constant unconsciousness.

=_= I want less drama and more "aww" moments. :(

But I still love you, Gu Jun Pyo.

If it weren't for the eye candy I totally wouldn't watch this.

I finished Episode 23. Kinda disappointed cause I wanted Yi Jung to do more in the relationship. Ga Eul's doing too much! She's my girl throb.gif

Yeah, Gaeul has been trying too hard on her part. Yijung needs to man up already.

Goo Jun Pyo needs to man up too.

Madame Kang has the biggest cajones on the show, as awful as she is.

Madame Kang is an evil bitch but I like her a lot as an actress. Props to her.

I'm glad they didn't force me to hate Ha Jae Kyung, because I really like her character. They could have totally warped her character into this evil bitch but I'm glad they kept her this way.

I know I said Woo Bin was useless but he's growing on me. :D

HAHAHA ME TOO. f*cking Yumi. What a ho.

I didn't really like BOF to begin with anyway, so yeah I didn't like the ending either...but it wasn't a huge disappointment to me because well, I've often said that this isn't the best Kdrama I've ever seen. I agree that it felt rushed. And Yumi was SUCH an unnecessary character.

I just HATE IT when the main characters only get together towards the end (forreal, anyway) so you have soooo little couple time. It's always initial attraction + hidden feelings + loads of conflict and THEN at the end, reconciliation. That's why I sort of liked Worlds Within with SHK and Hyun Bin because it was way more realistic.

AND f*ck EVEN IN THAT VIDEO I POSTED, STILL NO SOEUL KISS. WTF.

I feel like I was left hanging. Gaeul doesn't even say yes to Junpyo's proposal, right? I guess it's implied that she does and that they get married, have babies, and live happily ever after, but eh. Also, NO SOEUL KISS. This fact annoys me more than the lack of a JunDi wedding scene.

There's a Yumi character in the Japanese version, dunno about the Taiwanese version, so that's probably why she was put in there. If she was going to be included in the Korean version, she should have been introduced a few episodes earlier, but the drama would have been fine without her.

^ it actually surprised me how similar the korean version was to the japanese version. i never watched the taiwanese version, but i heard it was really different from jap version, so i was expecting the korean version to be even more... different, but it wasn't.

i think i liked the pacing, the ending, and the storyline of the japanese one more, but i liked the f4 characters in the korean one better.

Yeah, me too. It would have been nice for the Korean version to differ from the Japanese one more, but at the same time, I liked knowing most of what would happen in the Korean one.

I think the Japanese version is better done overall, like it's just higher quality, but I definitely prefer the Korean F4. Junpyo, Jihoo, and Yijung :D But Matsumoto Jun is a great Tsukasa (Junpyo); his character's stupidity and stubbornness is a lot more believable.

I've never seen the Japanese one actually, but I've seen the Taiwanese one. That one is pretty good., but the Korean F4 is better <3. I mean, the Korean F4 is pretty much the only reason I kept watching.

Yeah, I agree.

I think one of the reasons I liked the Japanese one better is because Tsukasa/Junpyo's character seemed to stay the same course no matter the circumstance. Like, 1) the kiss between Tsukasa and the fiance wasn't initiated by him, 2) he never let the whole fiance thing actually make it to the marriage and was planning to call it off, whereas in the Korean drama, Jun Pyo just didn't seem to have the balls to cancel the wedding, 3) when Tsukasa lost his memory, his instinct told him to go save Makino the second he heard she was in trouble, whereas Jun Pyo sort of just stood there and waited for his memory to come back to him before saving Jan Di from the pool.

Idk, it just seemed like Tsukasa was more of a steadfast character.

BUT I did like Ji Hoo in this version better than Rui (Japanese Ji Hoo). Oguri Shun is still <3 though.

I don't really mind the lack of a wedding scene since it's a little cliched, but DAMN IT TO HELL that there was no SoEul kiss. Even in the CF I posted, THERE WAS NO KISS. THEY COVER THAT SHIT UP WITH THE PHONE. WHAT. THE. F*CK.

I dunno, I feel like Yumi was just thrown in at the last minute to add some crappy conflict before they got together. f*ck, like JunDi didn't have enough conflict to begin with, and then they throw in this useless bitch character in the last two episodes, wtf. Yeah it would be better if she was introduced a bit earlier, then I wouldn't really mind so much. But honestly now...4 extraneous characters (Jandi's crazed plastic surgery ex-friend, psycho model boy, Jaekyung, AND Yumi) is a bit much for a 25 episode drama. Yeah 25 is long but not THAT long. I don't know how many of those characters were in the original drama, but yeah I would have much rather seen that cut down to 1 extra character and 5 less episodes.

lol in the jap drama, all those extra characters were there except for the psycho model boy. maybe he was there and i don't remember him... but i'm pretty sure he was a new addition in the krn version.

Ah, psycho model boy was unnecessary. His character just reminds me of how freaking stupid Jandi is. I'm all for girly innocence in Kdramas but hers went a bit far.

Prefer Taiwanese Jandi/Shancai over the Korean one, she was way more feisty.
