My U.S. Gov't teacher used to say that too.
 As for your layout, I think it's very cute. I love the colors you used. I just think the paper is a bit too dark. I say code it! And submit, of course. :) |

Not a fan of the colors or the photograph. But not very into the realistic type layouts myself, unless their super amazing.. I'm sure there's one person that would use the layout. So it wouldn't go to waste if coded. ^_^

This looks pretty nice. I agree with the paper being a bit dark but I'm not really feelin' that font. It's a bit hard to read. Otherwise, nice job. I think this would make a good layout so I say, code it.

The squareness bothers me a bit. Everything is just so...square. I think some of the straight edges could be roughed up just a little bit.
