I am trying to create a set up like the example website:
http://hypebeast.com/ Or at least help on keeping the top on top of the page, and the footer sticking to the bottom. |

Do you have a code already somewhat put together? I have a hard time with this stuff if I don't have anything to look at.
 I'm not sure if I completely understand what you're looking for, but I know you just need to position a div with your header as the background image at the top to keep it there. I've always had issues with footers, but a container usually clears that up. |
