Congratulations to Carrie (hi-C), Diana (hypnotique), and JC (brooklyneast05) for winning this month's (February 2009) Staff Member of the Month title!

How It Works:
Members post on which staff member they think has made the most impact on CB that month and deserves the title of Staff Member of the Month. Then, the votes will be tallied to who wins! The members themselves vote on this, and any member who's not a part of the staff can vote. Staff can, however, suggest a mod they see deserving of the title.

Rules:
- You can vote for any type of staff member.
- You can only vote for one staff member.
- You can't vote for someone who's already won in the past two months.

it doesn't really matter if there's nobody deserving of a consecutive win, it's the simple existence of the rule that bothers me.

seems pretty simple to me. he doesn't like the rule becuase he doesn't think it's fair that someone couldn't win twice if they deserved it. what more do you need to know about it? that sounds like the reason he wants it abolished.


for real @ rebecca. she's probably deserved it two months in a row. i think numerous people have becuase like i said a good staff member rarely just says oh, it's the first of the month, time to suck now.


oh btw thomas you left me and rebecca hanging, we still didn't get to know why you thought sang was the most deserving staff member

yeah actually i somewhat agree. same with MOTM, but it's pretty much the only way it can go if you aren't going to let people win consecutively thumbsup.gif





we really don't have that many members here who actively make an effort to improve this place
