Looks great in Safari, but awful in IE...please help! Options

Can somebody please help me? Im designing a page for an artist, and It looks great on safari....but when we looked at it on IE, everything was all screwed up.

He is also working alot with songwriter Makeba Riddick (who has written for Beyonce, Rihanna, Danity Kane, and nearly every R&B/POP artist on Def Jam's Record Label). When we asked Max what it was like working with them, this is what he told us.
