I don't own a pair. I don't like to follow trends.

I had converse way before the trend started...like for 3 or 4 years. But yeah... it does piss me off how everyone is getting them now. Especially the poseurs...but hey, they aren't buying skater shoes so it works for me.

x's....like, normal shoes

lmao. same here. if you lace them straight, you cant tighen or loosen them.. so x's all the way!

(cause i wear the same shoes everywhere... i tighten them for gym class, and loosen them when i'm just around the house)

How original of you! People still wear them all the time.. mellow.gif

Ugh my feet look ridiculous in Converse so I only have one pair. I do X's on all of my shoes. I don't even know how to do the straight ones. Someone teach me.

Tada.

Right now both of my pairs of Chucks are straight laced. I think I'm going to switch them back to Xs because too much is left over in the end. I have these nasty, floppy bows that I need to tuck in. D:

When I first got converses I did the straight across method. Now I just do the X method.

I hate it when you take off the laces to wash them & they're dirty from where they fold & it's hard to wash off. hammer.gif
