Fob is a very controversial term. The definition should change to meet our usual language or create another terms.
The real definition refers to any immigrants that were born in another country, not here. The general definition that people have in mind is any immigrants will the inability to socialize proper English and associate American fashion. in a different sense, immigrants wearing nerdy clothes are somewhat considered fob such as exposing high socks, thing golden traditional glasses, tucking shirts into pants & exposing upper pants belt, and yada yada. Being an Asian American in California, LA in my whole life surronded by 90% asians. Asia isnt far away from california. |
