Is there any reason that when I try to insert a link onto profile 2.0 that on my profile the link automatically puts "profile.myspace.com/" in front of the URL I input into the link?

Hmm...are using just a fragment of the url? Did you include "http://" at the beginning of the URL?
It would be great if you could post a link to your profile or if you could post all the codes on your profile. |

I used just the basic
CODE <a href="LINK">yeah</a> i didn't put http:// would that solve the problem myspace.com/koolcatkid |

Try inserting the "http://" into the beginning of the URL. That should work.
