So.. I decided I would like to make youtube vids, so I made this really simple one as a sort of tester
Ignore the music.. it was the only audio file on my sister's computer. I made a new youtube name as well. http://www.youtube.com/emberflylayouts In case you're wondering, I don't really retouch that slowly. I had to use a slow motion effect. |

Slow? That was pretty fast. lol Anyways, I think... you made his face too gray. Meaning the gray you used is too light. I'd be nice if you provided us with the before & after pictures so we could really critique your retouch.

Are we supposed to be looking at the video or the retouch? Like Nat said, the video is way too fast. My brain doesn't register images that quickly, so I feel dizzy now.

Unfortunately I have to say... there wasnt much of a diff and it looked better before.
The only diff I saw was that the right side of his nose was darkened and ruined. |

You should have used a color picture, like most people use.

I agree with everyone above and maybe you should post just the images themselves because I prefer to compare that way. But it did look good and I think the before looked a better.
