Re-read what you quoted... I was stating that HE bulks the same way I do. In other words we "dirty" bulk, such as eating a lot of pasta, burgers, fried food, etc... Which in turn over time causes to gain body fat, which is expected when you dirty bulk. But the good thing about a dirty bulk is you gain massive size and strength compared to a "clean" bulk. |
