Did you know that if you're fully aware of having an STD especially H.I.V. and you do not make your partner aware, you can be charged for that? I forget which exact law it breaks but it's pretty much intentionally hurting the health of another person.

^ Ya. I didn't know that, but I think it should be considered the same as murder if the person dies because of the STD you gave them.(if you knew that you had an STD when you gave it to them), otherwise it would be extremely unfair to consider it murder.

That's one of the most absurd things I've ever read on this forum, for several reasons:

1.It's possible she wasn't aware that she had herpes, especially if she wasn't having an outbreak (thus, no visible signs).
2.Passing on a virus does not constitute BEATING THE SHIT OUT OF YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER
3.You don't die from herpes. There's no way it could be considered murder.

^I thought I read somewhere that she knew? I'll go look it up.. If she did know, I definitely think it's understandable why she would have gotten beaten up.. I know it's morally and ethically wrong to do so, but isn't it understandable? If you were given and STD from someone and they knew they had one when they gave it to you, wouldn't you want to hurt them? :X Maybe that's just me.
