i take showers in the dark preferably. not the pitch black dark, but the mostly dark. IT'S GREAT. i don't like the bright light shining down in my eyes when i just wake up. i wanna know someone else who does this.

i don't know if i already made a topic about dark showers before. if i did then lets just talk about showers in general, because it's interesting how everyone has their own shower preferences. what time of day do you prefer to take showers?

the 1% is for the bad stuff, like when a full bottle of shampoo falls on your toe, or you get soap in your eyes, or you want to take one with your significant other and you get denied so the whole time after that you're like this mad.gif and can't fully enjoy it.

You are, quite possibly one of the most random seasonal0.gif s that I know.

If I'm in a place I can call home, I like taking showers in the dark, with candles lit while listening to music.

I'm not sure if I should have shared that, though.

I take showers in the half empty bathrooms of seedy backroad truckstops on my way home from an expansive quest to the center of my personal gravity somewhere deep in the mountains of Ushkabwe found on the seperation line between Kansas and Georgia where all forms of lunacy erupt into broken shards of glass and flame with the elephants tusk slapping onto the crust of ham salad soda pops gushing into a river of cheese flavored cardboard fruit snacks.

^ Good to see you're posting again.

I don't take showers in the dark, but I have a dark shower curtain, so not much light gets in. Showers > baths, imo.

QUOTE(Tori-Ann @ Feb 12 2009, 03:18 PM) *
When we lived at home my brother used to shower with the lights off.

I don't mind either way, except at school I can't really turn the lights off... but, I like having music on.

I can't do anything without some kind of auditory or visual stimulation in the background, shower, eat, watch a movie, nothing. I have musid in the background when I listen to music. It makes it hard to enjoy music. I'm also pretty bad at the guitar.
btw, the only reason I quoted this person above (if they are still above) is because of their sig. The Black Keys, Chulahoma is one of the best cds Ive ever heard. Pick it up if you wanna know the lingo of the townies and the locals round here in my bullet ridden swashbucklin penny-show town. You should all feel honored to have me back on for however long my interest sustains.

I like to shower in the mornings so I'm clean for the day & also because if I shower at night, I'll go to sleep & wake up with flat hair the next morning (I have curly hair). I don't like showering in the dark because it's just annoying since it's hard to see. I love the light. And I always shower with the radio on.

I shower every morning.... not because I like it, but because it's the only way to get rid of my hair in the mornings.

Sometimes I take showers once I get home from school.. they're so relaxing to just be alone with warm water falling on you. Love it.

I definitely have the lights on....

I shower at night, before I go do my homework/read and go to bed.

I can't shower in the dark, because my ass always knocks the shower gel over on my foot. I do shower backwards, though.

^ Backwards like with your back facing the water? I do that too.

The lights in my bathroom are super bright, so I don't normally turn them on. If there's a little sunlight, I'll pull up the shade on my window a little. If I have the misfortune of waking before the sunrise, then I bite the bullet and turn the light on.

recently i've been taking showers in the dark because my light bulb in that part of my bathroom blew out. haven't felt too strong of an urge to replace it yet. it's kinda intimate. i don't take showers in the morning unless it's necessary. i'm not a morning person and there's just something very unpleasant about showering in the morning to me. i don't know if it's a water pressure thing but everytime i've taken a shower at someone else's house in the past few years it feels like the best shower i've ever taken.

Recently, everytime I would go in the bathroom to take a bath, I would notice this Green Dragon my brother placed by the tub. I was kind of puzzled by this, baffled, and yet dumbfounded. Why would anyone place a dragon by the tub? _unsure.gif Then I finally discovered something very intriguing about the dragon. One day I pondered to myself about what it would be like to take a bath in the dark. When I did, I noticed the dragon glowed in the dark. So thats what the dragon was for.

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.

Bathing Brother Glowing Dragon.
