You're only suppose to add image tags or thumb tags. Not both. pinch.gif I fixed it for you though.

Anyways, nice concept but you didn't fully erase everything & the text's edges are really pixelated. That drop shadow looks weird too. Like too thick. I think I like the colors in the second one better though.

Its ok. Its just pretty basic. And the beam thing isnt done that well.
And the text is pixelated. I mean. if it was me Id scrap it and start over. cause we cant really tell you how to make something better that cant really go anywhere.

i know i missed some things when i was erasing pinch.gif and i have no idea how to not make it that pixelated, it makes me mad, and the drop shadow was thick on purpose, but i dont know if i like it.

It was the first beam i made and i'm not really sure how i could make it better, so tips on that would be nice happy.gif

BUT this was just a quickie, but it turned out better than i expected, i will probably make a new one tomorrow whenever i get around to it.

It's not horrible...but not good. Sorry if I'm harsh.

They basically said what I was going to say.

What program do you use? Did you stretch out the image & then make it small again?

I think the beams look fine. I don't see anything wrong with them. _unsure.gif

I use PS7, and no i didn't stretch it then make it small again.
Anytime i put a stroke on text, and sometimes even just the text alone, its always pixely.

Why does that always happen in PSP? It's weird. Are there certain settings for text in PSP?

Ehh.. that wrap-around line is way too overused, which I don't understand; it looks horrendous.

I like the concept.
I think the second one looks better than the first, but it would look a little better if the right end of the beam wasn't so long and if the football was a lighter color and not so contrasty.
The pixelated text part is the only big problem though. thumbsup.gif

ok but text is disgusting . . . really pixelated like everyone else said, make sure ur text is set to "Smooth" so the edges wont get liek that , as well as making sure when u transform you text to make it go sideways like u did . . u hold shift so it keeps the pixel ratio in proportion . . .those are 2 possible reasong y that shyt is so messed up . . .

Well maybe there should be an option on the top text toolbar for anti-alias (which kind of makes things smooth and not so choppy). Try seeing if that option is set on "None." It should either be set on "Sharp" or "Smooth", which ever you like better. The beam looks pretty good but not fantastic. I think the image itself is kind of plain and basic but it's alright so I guess I can say I like it. Nice try though. thumbsup.gif
