I have a pair of green straight-leg pants that I love wearing with more toned-down pieces so I don't risk looking like a crazy person. So I wore a pretty subdued grey sweater plus black flats.

But I was in a rush before I left for school this morning, and remembering that it would be cold today, I grabbed my warm wool coat without a second thought.

When I was in the car, I looked down at myself and saw that yes, I had put on my warm wool coat, but also that the coat was RED. So when I buttoned myself up, I was red on top and green on the bottom...i.e. a Christmas themed outfit. I screamed "FUUCK" even though it was too late by then to turn around and change my jacket.

I looked like a fool today. That was my fashion blunder of the month.

Any blunders you've made recently?

i was wearing a longish black sweater over jeans and i didn't realize how transparent the material would be under fluorescent lights. i remember looking down and thinking "oh god" and putting my jacket back on. >.<

This wasnt me but someone else...
One time there was this girl wearing a really transparent shirt so transparent that I could perfectly see her strapless bra. I mean i was fine with it! But I dont think she realized that it was like wearing plastic wrap. I would be fine with that too though wink.gif biggrin.gif

^^AAAAAHHHHH!
I try never to wear like a striped shirt or plaid shirt with a striped or plaid sweater cause it just gets like confusing. Ive been getting into wearing lots of leather wristbands i get from all over the country though.
Yesterday I drew a wath on my wrist and when I woke up today I looked at my pillow and it came off my wrist and it was a perfect watch on my pillow! haha

i've worn two different heels on each foot. effing embarrassing ... i tried to just live through the day ... but i couldn't. ran to forever, bought a cheap pair of shoes, and mentally killed myself inside.

LOL.

That story you told is why i only wear black, white, with a little bit of bright colors, because you can wear a lot of black and/or white with lots of bright colors and not look weird =D

Dang, my teacher wore two different shoes one day. I thought she realized it and I didn't want to be mean and point it out but the next day she yelled at me for not telling her...

WOAH THERE, Christmas theme IS the worst. Sadly, I never have such exciting blunders because my closet is 99% black/grey/white.

I KNOW! I need to wake up 10 minutes earlier than I do now. This will likely repeat itself if the weather remains the same and I'm in a hurry. _unsure.gif

Haha you should leave the green pants and all other green items in an "off-limits" basket for the rest of the winter :P to avoid wearing it with the red coat. A red coat does sound cute though :D

So if I don't have pix then it didn't happen? Oh I wish that could be true.

"pix or it didnt happen" only works when someone says something good about themselves, like "I have big breasts".

it can work in both cases, imo.

like if you said "dang i decided nix on the underwear today and my skirt totally flew up and showed everyone my bare ass," that would probably warrant a "pix nao or it didnt happen" even if it doesn't make the most sense.

LOL no I get it. But I see that as a bad thing that someone else can derive pleasure out of. I don't think anyone wants to see my Christmas ensemble for the life of them XD
