Lynddie England, in that picture, was dishonorably discharged and sentenced to jail (albeit not nearly long enough). Someone who doesn't know about Abu Ghraib could come along and think that the above is enforced policy by Bush.
I'm Middle Eastern myself, and I guess I must have missed some of these racist (even though historically we are under the Caucasoid race, so you more accurately mean ethnic) vibes that applied to me. Hell, Bush is one of the few U.S. Presidents to explicitly use the term "Palestinian state", rather than something less definitive. |
