fanupdate., installing?

when i go to
http://yoursite.com/fanupdate/install.php
(yes i know to fill in 'yoursite' to my sites url xD)

but when i go there, it says:
ERROR: Could not connect to database server.

what does that mean?

Their is something know as MYSQL Database... It is where information concerning the site is stored.

It basically means that a connection to MYSQL db wasn't established because of some error.

Errors might be:
Invalid: Server Host, Database Name, Database Username, Database Password

you have to have a mysql database to use fanupdate
