Would you ever eat something that requires a waiver to eat?
There's two places I've heard of. In Pittsburgh, there's a wings place that has Atomic Wings. Before you eat it, you have to sign a release form/waiver that says you understand the risks of eating the wings and resolve the company of any responsibilities. In New York City, there's a curry restaurant that has a curry that requires a release form prior to consumption. Also, the cook has to wear a gas mask while cooking it. I love spicy food so I'm tempted...

They showed those places on Man vs. Food. I think it's a little crazy... imagine the gas he must have had after eating the Atomic Wings at Quaker Steak and Lube
 If I liked spicy foods, then I might. If it were something that could potentially give me food poisoning, no. |

I don't think I would want to eat anything that spicy. I love spicy food, but I can't tolerate extreme spiciness.

There's a place out here called Wings and they have some that are so spicy you need the waiver form for them to sign before eating.

you know what they spray on their chicken wings right? pretty much the pepper spray you spray in people's eyes. that's such a waste of chicken wings, imo.
