If you want to make a realistic wound find a picture with blood coming down and just manipulate right under the scissors so a very bright red blood is coming from the scissors and down her arm.

That would probably help, the fire like look right under the scissors looks strange to me. I don't know what you put there but idk looks like you we're trying to get the scissors to burn her rather than cut her *shrug

Its nice though, I like it looks good :)
