Hi!
 I've got a couple of questions.How can I alter the color of the Navigation Bar, About Me text, and the blue background in the Basic Info & Interests section? Also, I have the Module Headers background color set to #FF699E, but it is only appearing as that color in the Interests Header & not the Blurbs. What can I do to fix it?

When you select a theme while you're customizing your page, click on No Theme instead of Default. See if that gets rid of the blue backgrounds/headers.

Yep, that worked!
But what about the Navigation Bar?
