Can get image to show Options

So im using an S1 styled layout from premade Lj's

but i cant get that top image to show at all.

The only thing i took out was the quota stuff and even before i took it out the top image wasnt working

You don't have a website associated with your journal; go to this page and fill out the fourth section down titled Web Page. The header image does not show up because in your coding, the header images is listed under LASTN_WEBSITE and FRIENDS_WEBSITE, meaning that if you don't have any website listed, then that part of the page won't show up.

Basically I just regurgitated everything that was in the link I provided last time. I don't get what there is to not understand.
