The image in the banner is way too smushed. And some of the coding seems off, or its my computer.

I second that. Maybe you could do something to the image to make it look not so boring, and the coding seems to be off. The color scheme could be improved, maybe using a solid background for the main text area, and the links would be cute if done differently. Maybe a pattern for the background? shifty.gif

The coding is off for me as well. The thing I fins most awkward is the fact that the banner image looks really stretched.

Also, I would add something in the content area to tie it in with the banner... or add a cool section in your image that you could position your DIV layer over top of.

the table is centered with the picture on ie7.. the tables inside though are kinda smushed together.
