hello,
i'm not sure if this is the right place, but i have been trying to log into myspace & it won't let me. it just takes me back to the home page. it doesn't say Incorrect password or anything. I'm not sure if its my computer? I've restarted my computer multiple times, and it still doesn't work. I've tried multiple browsers (firefox, internet explorer, & safari). in all of them, it does the same thing. :| help? |

It started happening last night. Earlier yesterday it was working perfectly, then i restarted my computer. thats when it stopped working.

have you tried clicking the home button a few times after you tried to log in?

That'll happen if you get the e-mail/password wrong. Make sure your caps lock is off and double-check your spelling on both. It won't tell you that you typed your password wrong, it'll just say "Please log-in to continue".
Alternatively, check your browser settings and make sure cookies are enabled. |

Oh yes, well I've cleared all of my history & cookies, I've checked to make sure cookies are enabled (which they are) And it still won't work. I know for a fact i'm typing everything correctly.

Yes, I made sure my account was still there, and it is. & I've also tried different browsers. (IE, firefox, & safari) D:

You might be putting in a wrong email. Try all of the email sites like gmail , yahoo, etc.

this has happened to me before more than once. it's lasted anywhere from a couple hours to a couple days. it'll fix itself, nothing you can do about it from my experience since it won't even tell you what's wrong. i don't think it's you, i think it's myspace itself messing up, not a problem with a password or something like that.
that's just my opinion. |

some myspaces are chosen random. it's kinda like facebook, like some profiles are going under matinence. except, myspace doesn't issue that warning, so it drives myspace users insane. sorry, it happens to me often.. i don't know why, i always sign on myspace 3 days later if it happens.
