Weird Layout issue. Could be an easy fix? Options

At the bottom of my layout, there is a white block going across the screen that looks as if i'm trying to hide the bottom myspace links which isn't the case. It only happens in Safari and FF, IE is fine. I'll post the code so if there's something that sticks out, let me know. Sorry if this code is mad long.
