I'm so excited! And not just because of Hugh Jackman, but because of Liev Schreiber (who, I am told, on good authority, is a jagoff) and, omg, GAMBIT! But WTF is Will.I.Am doing in this movie? I had no idea he was an actor.

Oh f*ck yeah! Still think that Sawyer (Josh Holloway_ from Lost should have been Gambit, but the dude from The Covenant will do. ;)

Speaking of Lost - f*cking Dominic Monaghan as Blackwing! Goddamn. throb.gif

SWEET!!! I'm so excited!!!!!!! I've been waiting forever for this movie to come out... I hated how X-Men just leaves you hanging on how Wolverine became Wolverine. (they did right? I can't remember much of the second and third movies...)

Edit: Ew, Hugh Jackman looked really gross at 1:35. And wtf at 1:37?????? I thought he got his metalness later on in life. =(

I guess I'll have to watch the movie and see.

The boy in the red was supposed to be him, right? I never had much interest in Wolverine when watching X-Men since all the other mutants had cooler powers than himself but it would be interesting to see where it all began.

yeah... the one in X-men looks better... not that i have anything against the actor... they just should of at least try to make it him hairy and more like a animal.

In the X-Men movie, he was a tad bigger. But that could've just been all that hair. =\

Word,

Wolverine vs Sabretooth
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njquKXfQCdQ

Physical Characteristics
http://www.marvel.com/universe/Wolverine_(James_Howlett)
http://www.marvel.com/universe/Sabretooth

Wolverine is actually like 5'3 according to comic book standards, Sabretooth 6'6. The guy in the first X-men movie that played Sabretooth (Tyler Mane) is 6'9, which would have made it look more realistic since Jackman is like 6'0.

Well, remember that this is an "origins" movie, so the only snag they might fall into is that if Sabertooth dies, it doesn't jive with him being in the XMen film. Having said that, because this is origins based, I can envision a less hairy, younger looking Sabertooth.
