idk, yanlin. i love you, but i think you're being a little petty. i'm never friends with the people getting bashed left and right, in fact, i'm usually friends with the people doing the bashing, but it was pretty obvious that it was getting out of control. they never really did anything to deserve the shit they were getting.

I like Tung and all, but inconsistency and staff isn't a very good thing for him, imo. Should just be around for snarky comments here and there, not modding.

I would expect it from everyone else. No one else behaves like Tung. I don't dislike Tung's behavior, but if he's going to warn me for something he'd do himself, kinda stupid imo. Now if he warned me for posting nudes (I would never), or doing something else destructive out of the ordinary, I could see that. What he warned me for? Retarded.

I was watching a Lakers game online while all the Tomates/Shanaynay stuff was going on so my mind was off somewhere, so I quickly warned you (so it could at least slow your attacks on Tomates/Shanaynay/MissUchiha) and put the pictures thing as a reason, but I was definitely reading what was going on in the other threads, and you were member bashing though.

i don't know, it's a fine line i feel like. i mean even if tung did something, it's still his job to mod. like if you got on staff right now, it would still be your job to warn people for bashing, even though you've done a ton of it yourself. not i think you'd ever warn someone for bashing if you were on staff but i'm just sayin.

i don't know if it makes sense to say that a mod can never warn a member for something they themselves have done before.

it's inconsistent in a sense maybe...but then there's a practical sense that factors in too i think.

We don't give verbal warnings anymore, and I know you call everyone a bitch. I just felt it was more bashing though. I'm just doing my job. If I don't do anything, people bitch about me being too lenient, and that they are my friends thats why I don't warn them. JC brought that up backstage. And if I do, do something, people complain about me being too serious and lighten up. I don't know what you guys want.

Yanlin, I just felt that your warning was warranted. I don't know why you are so upset over it. It might be inconsistent, since I may not have warned you or others in the past, but that's what longevity is for. I'm still learning, and I'm getting advice from people, and trying to be a better mod. I probably should've handed warnings to people in the past. And if you guys are saying I should be consistent, doesn't that mean, I should continue to let that go. Not really. Cuz there is a fine line though, of when to stop. Steven is right though, that I do enjoy the dramas, but I'm a mod just doing what's suppose to be done. I don't know if any of what I wrote made sense.

i didn't see this, but yeah, it's ok. i just thought that if yan lin thought she was warned becuase i said that mods were too lenient that was unfair/not really true. cause i was on a whole other subject regarding something completely different pretty much when i was talking about leniency and debate forum backstage.
