For example spicy food is a well known one. Whenever i eat large amounts i sweat kinda. but what's weird is that simple sugary foods make me feel that way too. i tried searching on the internet why but i can't out. like when i eat just one square of starburst i feel my face just eat up when i'm chewing it and the sugary liquid go down. it's weird.

Or maybe your stomach isn't capable in taking spicy foods.

It might have something to do with the acidity of whatever you're eating. I've sweat a little while eating Warheads.

i'm skinny too. i mean i don't sweat like i've just run a marathon. i just feel like a blush is coming on but it extends to my forehead, hence just a little moist there. it's basically the really sugary sweet foods. not ice cream cuz that's cold. but room temperature sweet things. and the sweeter the more i feel the "blush"

Hm, I'm not sure about the sugary food things. I know spicy foods have a chemical that react with your skin's pain/heat receptors which, in turns, makes you sweat.
http://www.sugarshackfudge.com/?page_id=13 I'm not sure if this has anything to do with you? It's a blog/article entry about how sweet foods might make people with oily skin have problems by enhancing the oil glands in your body... maybe the sweat you feel is just oil? I'm not sure about the flush, though. Hm. |
