Lalal haven't done these in a while.

WORK IN PROGRESS. Really doubt I will be able to get the hair done, but fingers crossed on everything else!

I'm not finished the layers under her eyes yet so what you're seeing is the darker grey from the background. I may or may not keep it greyscale...let's first worry about finishing this bad boy before anything else ;)

And it's Scarlett Johansson. I thought it was sort of obvious with the title lol.

That's starting out great. I'd really like to see this finished.

Lookin good so far! Hm, the shapes are just a little too bumpy for my taste, but that's probably just your style. And anyway it's not even done yet, so. :D

That is a very scary picture of Scarlett Johansson.

Now that that's been addressed, I like it! I didn't really read the title and thought it was obvious that it's her. Keep working on it, Geeg!

^ That's sort of the point? This is a vexel, not an exercise in good modeling/good photograph selection. I'm not f*cking Tyra Banks here (smile with your eyes...f*ck does that have to do with my vexeling?)

Thanks for the (not) constructive criticism.

O_o

Wow.
Calm down.
All I said was that I didn't like the picture you chose.
Well, that's not true, I also said that the vexel looks good so far, but ignore that.
Alright, here's some constructive criticism:
Be mature and don't get all pissed off when someone says something slightly negetive, especially if it's not even negetive towards your work. Also, don't start swearing at said someone if he or she said something positive about your work.

How's that? =]

^ The point is you shouldn't've been commenting on the picture she chose in the first place. She was supplying it for reference.

1) I'll be mature when you know how to give a f*cking relevant criticism
2) I'm not going to suck up to you just because you said something positive about my work. If you piss me off I'm still going to call you out on it.

How about you gtfo until you can make one of these yourself, n00b. Your half-hearted compliment doesn't make up for the unrelated criticism.

Right. But judging by the vexel so far, it's going to turn out looking like the photo. I don't understand what's so damn offensive. There's no reason for anyone to be pissed off here.

Oh, here we go.
WHY. WHY the hell would what I said piss you off? That's ridiculous. That, in no way, was meant to make you mad.
Haha, you called me a n00b. That's hilarious. Again, the "criticism" that I made was not, in fact, unrelated. I can tell by the current state that you're good at vexeling, so it's going to look like the photo when you're finished! Good lord, grow the f*ck up.

I'm gonna stand up for this person here... I mean, both of our comments were pretty similar. I said it's a scary picture, s/he said it's a bad picture. Nobody criticized me for saying something about the picture. shrug.gif
