I had to send an email to Human Resources because of incidents that happened up at my job that involve me getting assaulted and equipment being damaged both due to co-workers getting angry and throwing a fit. My managers said that we have to learn to work together. Noone was written up or fired for any of the incidents that have been going on and I was wondering if HR will take action on my email to them?
Has anybody had to write to HR and if so what was their reaction? Will they send me a reply? |
