Paint Shop Pro X Help, Not sure where this should go...Sorry Options

Ummm okay, its a problem with my brushes really.
I can't explain but i'll try show what i mean.

Okay so the brush should look like this:


but when i click to place it, without changing the rotation, it comes up like this;

as if its rotating itself.

I'm not sure whats wrong because whatever i seem to change it still does it.
These are my settings atm:

That happens to me a lot too for some reason.
I just reset all the brush settings and it fixes the problem (:

^I've done that too. Maybe you should contact Gabi (shizco). (She's the owner of Atomic Affliction.)

That happens in Photoshop with certain brushes so may it's just the brushes.

it seems to do it with all brushes though.
i just used that one because i like it and it was already set.

how would i reset the brush settings?

It has nothing to do with the specific brush.
I haven't done it in awhile so I kind of forget where the reset was.
I think it's under Presets and then there's a little button that says reset. It should do the trick.

I tried this. It works, i use a brush once, and then it doesn't work again.
Would reinstalling fix it?
I considered it but i didnt want to unless it messed anything up
