UN-TRANSPARENT Options

Okay, on firefox it is fine,
but on ie the layout shows up
transparent w/o the white behind
the layout that should be there
like on firefox, how can i fix
that, also, there is a weird space
on the right side of my default
picture, how do i get rid of that,
and on ie the name text isn't aligned
with my default picture, and it is
on firefox, PLEASE HELP
